Agnès’ practice is focused on labor and employment litigation and counseling, personal injury and commercial litigation. Prior to co-founding Goodman Sullivan Law Group, Agnès worked at boutique and mid-sized law firms where she handed complex commercial cases with an emphasis on employment litigation, healthcare and intellectual property. She also has extensive experience in personal injury litigation, including auto accidents and slip and falls.
Agnès has represented individuals, small, midsized and Fortune 100 companies and governmental entities in all phases of litigation, from intake through trial. She has represented both workers and employers in single plaintiff and class action matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, and wage and hour claims. She also has also represented clients in matters involving contractual and partnership disputes, business torts, claims of unfair competition, trade secrets, non-solicitation and fraud. She has litigated in state and federal courts throughout California and has handled matters before government agencies and in binding arbitrations. Over the course of her career, she has played an instrumental role in dozens of cases leading to six- and seven-figure settlements for her clients
Agnès received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the UCLA where she double majored in Political Science and German. She received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She has been recognized by various publications, including Super Lawyers and Pasadena Magazine as a Top Attorney and Super Lawyer.
